Prepare to be amazed!

I bought a new Hawaiian shirt! It may be a trifle loud. But it spoke to me from across the room. Well, actually it shouted obscenities like a cheerleader with Tourette's syndrome, so how could I resist?

They should make jerseys like this. In fact, I've considered wearing one while riding on a very hot day because they fit like a tent, ventilate well, and motorists would be utterly convinced that a maniac was loose.

Very nice!

I went through an Hawaiian Shirt phase several years ago. I grew out of it. Or rather, I grew out of them.

I've been in this 'phase' for over 25 years, PM. I like them because they're cheaper than work shirts. They're comfortable in hot weather. If I spill paint on one it's hardly noticeable. And they NEVER go out of style!

The simple fact of you buying a new Hawaiian shirt being blogworthy says to me that you need to keep an eye on the red Swingline stapler a bit closer and lose the obsession with a swatch of cloth...

PS: You are behind in your TRS Reports.

I've been eyeballing one that has aircraft from the WWII pacific Theater on it. But it ain't cheap.

Steve, what's a TRS report? You lost me on that one.

PM, I like the nose art shirt, but I agree that the price is stiff. I buy mine from the Goodwill store for five bucks, despite the ugly rumors that I dig them up from landfills. Also, at the end of the season, Kohls discounts them heavily.

The Tulsa Air and Space Museum is on the north end of the airport. Since I have the entire weekend off, maybe I'll stop by there to see if they have any shirts.

I meant "TPS," as in the movie Office Space, which also had Hawaiian Shirt Day.
